Cornwall Will Writers offers expert, friendly and easily accessible services to Cornwall, and the South West. We are also able to provide remote services to the wider UK.

We are run by two legally qualified professionals; Claire Whetter LL.B (Hons) MSWW and Sophie Campbell TEP CILEX and can help you with estate planning, Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. We are regulated by the Society of Will Writers and are proud members of the Cornwall Law Society.
Our focus is to offer professional, personal services drafting Wills, Will Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. We understand just how important it is to provide a personal service because we know from experience that it is only when you take the time to talk to someone that you can really understand what they need.

We have chosen not to follow the traditional law firm route, with regulation by the SRA, because this means we can keep our costs lower and pass that on to you.  We can therefore bring our legal training and experience at a fraction of the cost of a law firm.
We do offer SRA regulated services through our Affiliate Partner law firm, including Probate and Court of Protection work
We have a comfortable office where the kettle is always on, at 8 Walsingham Place, Truro, or we can meet you in your home.
