Cornwall Will Writers and Wessex Will Writing operate under Whetter Campbell LLP, a partnership founded by Sophie Campbell CILEX TEP and Claire Whetter LL.B (Hons) MSWW.

We met while working together in a Cornish law firm where we became increasingly frustrated with traditional firm life - high targets, high overheads and limited time with clients. That model often meant rushed appointments and higher fees, which didn’t align with how we wanted to practise.

So, we chose a different path. By setting up Whetter Campbell LLP, we were able to remove unnecessary overheads and focus on what really matters: providing clear, thoughtful advice, fair and transparent fees, and the time our clients deserve.

Today, we work from two offices - one in Cornwall and one in Hampshire - offering professional services to individuals and families across the country.
